Publishing Cortana Skills Just Got Easier
You can now publish your skills directly through Cortana’s channel configuration panel in Microsoft Azure portal! Manage how you self-publish, publish to groups for testing, and publish the skill to the world.
Connecting Cortana to the Web App bot
First, connect the Cortana channel to the bot
Configuring the Cortana channel
Then configure the Cortana channel to publish the skill to yourself (default settings), to group (test group settings), or to world (world settings)
